Fidelity International is delighted to announce the appointment of Richa Goswami to the new role of Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with effect from 5 December 2022. Richa joins from HSBC, where she was Global Chief Customer and Marketing Officer for HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking Business. She will report to Fidelity International’s Chief Executive, Anne Richards, and be based in Singapore.
As Group CMO, Richa will provide global leadership for Fidelity International’s marketing effort across its two global businesses, Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH). As Fidelity International seeks to deliver on its purpose of building better financial futures for its clients, Richa will enhance the firm’s brand and data-driven marketing activity across more than 25 global locations.

Prior to HSBC, Richa worked at Johnson & Johnson and Standard Chartered. In 2019 she was voted as one of the top five global marketeers by the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and this year was the only CMO in the financial services industry to be inducted into WFA’s Forbes CMO Hall of Fame. Richa has also won six awards at Cannes Lions, one of the world’s most prestigious annual events and awards for creativity in marketing.
