Groupama AM is continuing to expand its management capabilities and is broadening its spectrum of expertise to include private debt. As the first stage in our deployment in this class of real assets, Emmanuel Daull has been appointed Head of Private Debt.

Emmanuel Daull has been tasked with building a team of experienced experts and with designing the new range of funds and overseeing the promotion and development of these funds.
Emmanuel Daull will report to Xavier Hoche, Chief Investment Officer. The entire Private Debt team will be attached to the Groupama AM management team.

With the development of the Private Debt team, Groupama AM will be introducing new diversification solutions that promise high returns both for institutional investors and distribution professionals. The issuer universe of the first fund is planned to consist essentially of companies with a turnover between 50 and 500 million euros. The entire fund range will be designed to have a powerful ESG impact:

To this end, the management team will particularly draw on the work of the company’s internal research team of 16 experts in both financial and extra-financial analysis.
Emmanuel Daull, 40, has notably worked at AlixPartners as Financial Restructuring Associate, at Allianz Global Investors as Private Debt Analyst – Portfolio Manager and, most recently, at Credit Value Investments, where he had been Private Debt Principal since 2018.
Emmanuel Daull has a Master’s in Corporate Finance (Toulouse Business School) and a Master’s in Finance, Accounting and Management (Bradford School of Managements).
