
Jeroen Bos as Global Head of AXA IM Equity.
AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) announced the appointment of Jeroen Bos as Global Head of AXA IM Equity, effective 1 November 2023. Jeroen will take over from Mark Hargraves, who will pursue a new professional endeavor outside of the AXA Group.
Based in London and reporting to Hans Stoter, Global Head of AXA IM Core, Jeroen will be tasked to deliver on AXA IM’s equity growth ambitions and to grow the investment, commercial and financial performance of the equity platform.
Prior to joining AXA IM, Jeroen was Global Head of Sustainable Investing at Credit Suisse Asset Management, leading its sustainability efforts across the firm. Prior to this, he was Head of Equities and Responsible Investing at NN Investment Partners. In his career, Jeroen has also held a number of Global Equity Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst roles.

Jeroen Bos will become Global Head of AXA IM Equity from 1st November 2023.
In addition, Jeroen sits on the Investment Committee of the Rail & Public Transport Pension fund in the Netherlands, is a Board Member of the Work with Nature Foundation, sits on the Advisory Board of SPO Pension Education, and is a member of CFA Institute’s Global ESG Working Group.
Jeroen holds a degree in Economics from the Free University of Amsterdam (VU). In addition, Jeroen is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CAIA, CMA, CFA ESG, CFA Climate in Investing, and Certified Pension Executive (CPE) certifications. Finally, Jeroen completed INSEAD’s International Directors Program and Harvard’s Investment Management Program.
