Stephane Herrmann took over as CEO of Lombard Odier (Europe) SA (LOESA) as of 1 January 2022. He succeeds Henry Fischel-Bock who had expressed his wish to retire at the end of 2021. Stephane Herrmann joined Lombard Odier (Europe) in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. With his long experience in various management positions within global companies, he benefits from a thorough knowledge and command of the European business, regulatory and operational environment.

In order to ensure a smooth succession, Henry Fischel-Bock and Stephane Herrmann have worked closely together in the joint management of LOESA over the past two years. Henry Fischel-Bock remains on the Board of Directors of LOESA as a non-executive Director.
In line with Lombard Odier’s values to focus on the long-term, Stephane Herrmann joined LOESA in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He benefits from a long track record in the industry and has held various executive positions with PwC, IBM, Société Générale and Credit Suisse in Europe and Asia. Most recently, Stephane Herrmann was CEO of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) SA until 2018 and is thus familiar with the European business, regulatory and operational environment.
