Athanase Industrial Partner has purchased a 70% stake in Sweeden's Caletalla Fondförvaltning AB. For a price of roughly €12 million. However, this price will change relative to Catella's value at the strike date.
This merger comes with the stated goal of building more robust client networks between the two firms. And to expanding client offerings as a collective.
