Fidelity International expands today, September 16, 2026, its range of active ETFs with the launch of the Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Growth UCITS ETF, focused on large-cap US growth equity.
The firm thus consolidates a range that already adds up to 27 ETFs and 16.8 billion dollars in assets under management in Europe.
The new ETF, with symbol FFLG and ISIN IE000TF2IRP1, is sub-advised by Fidelity Investments and takes the Russell 1000 Growth UCITS Capped Net Tax as its benchmark, with a current expense figure of 0.38%. The fund, domiciled in Ireland, combines the active management of Fidelity Investments with a systematic investment process on the universe of large-cap US growth equity.
The ETF is listed from today on Xetra and Borsa Italiana, and from tomorrow, September 17, it will also be on the London Stock Exchange. The launch adds to the Fundamental Equity range of Fidelity International, presented in September 2025 with the Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Core UCITS ETF and the Fidelity US Fundamental Small-Mid Cap UCITS ETF.
Assets domiciled in Europe in active ETFs reached 142.6 billion dollars at the end of August, almost quadrupling since the end of 2023. Despite this growth, active strategies represent only 3.6% of the total assets in European ETFs, compared to around 12.8% in the United States.
"Active ETFs are one of the fastest growing areas of the European investment market, and we see a significant opportunity ahead as more investors adopt the flexibility, transparency and tradability of the ETF structure. Our focus is on capturing that growth, making available to our clients the best of Fidelity's capabilities through new and differentiated ETFs. The launch of the Fidelity US Fundamental Large Cap Growth ETF builds on the strong response from clients to our Fundamental Equity ETF range and is another step in expanding our offering of active ETFs to meet the evolving needs of clients."
