Former Credit Suisse CFO Dixit Joshi Joins Man Group Board

Dixit Joshi, who served as Chief Financial Officer at Credit Suisse until the Swiss lender's acquisition by UBS, has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of Man Group.

Having joined Credit Suisse in October 2022 from Deutsche Bank, where he held various senior positions over the course of a decade, Joshi brings extensive experience in capital markets and finance to his new role. His roles at Deutsche Bank included Group Treasurer, Head of Fixed Income Institutional Client Group, Global Head of Prime Finance, and Head of Equities for EMEA and APAC.

According to a stock exchange notice issued by Man Group, Joshi will assume his position on May 10 and will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as the Nomination and Governance Committees.

Anne Wade, Chair of Man Group, expressed her delight at Joshi's appointment, emphasizing his valuable expertise in capital markets and commercial insights gained from his leadership roles at major global financial institutions.

Additionally, Man Group has appointed Sarah Legg as a non-executive director. Legg brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at HSBC, where she held various high-level positions, including CFO, Asia Pacific. Currently, Legg also serves as a non-executive director on the board of Lloyds Banking Group and holds positions on several other boards.

Sarah brings extensive corporate finance, audit and risk experience gained in the financial services sector and strong listed plc experience through her other non-executive roles.
