Goldman Sachs AM announced today the launch of three actively managed UCITS ETFs in the EMEA region: Goldman Sachs Global Government Bond Active UCITS ETF (Ticker: GOVT), Goldman Sachs EUR Government Bond Active UCITS ETF (Ticker: GEUR) and Goldman Sachs Emerging Markets Hard Currency Bond Active UCITS ETF (Ticker: GEMB).
The new vehicles are already listed on Deutsche Börse and are expected to be added to other exchanges, as well as being registered in the main EMEA markets.
GOVT and GEUR aim to offer investors access to attractive returns, stable income, diversification and potential for capital appreciation through active investment in fixed income securities issued by governments and government-related issuers. GOVT will have a global scope, while GEUR will focus on the European Monetary Union.
GEMB aims to provide long-term returns through active investment in fixed income securities of companies, governments and government-related issuers from emerging markets.
The three ETFs will be managed by the Goldman Sachs Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions team, which brings together more than 375 professionals, with over 35 years of investment experience in various regions, sectors and markets, and manages over 1.75 trillion dollars in assets worldwide.
This launch follows a significant expansion of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management active UCITS ETF range in 2025, with new fixed income and equity strategies, offering access to its active investment capabilities within the ETF format. The new products are listed on Deutsche Börse and will be registered in the main EMEA markets, with additional listings planned on other exchanges.
Our clients continue to seek solutions that combine strong active management capabilities with the advantages of ETFs. With these launches, we expand our range of core components for fixed income portfolios, leveraging Goldman Sachs Asset Management's more than three decades of experience in active management of fixed income assets.

These ETFs leverage the broad scale and deep expertise of our fixed income portfolio management team to offer investors efficient and liquid exposure to the greater resilience of portfolios offered by government bonds, as well as the inherent diversification advantages that characterize emerging market debt.
