Indosuez Fund Solutions is born, the new center of excellence for Indosuez Wealth Management investment funds

Indosuez Wealth Management announces the creation of Indosuez Fund Solutions, the new platform of skills and services dedicated to investment funds.
The new entity is born from the merger between the Luxembourg wealth management companies Indosuez Wealth Management and Degroof Petercam, following the acquisition of the Belgian bank by Indosuez in June 2024.
The creation of Indosuez Fund Solutions represents a significant step in our development strategy. By combining the skills of Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) and Degroof Petercam Asset Services, we strengthen our ability to offer innovative and high-performance solutions to our customers, fully leveraging the strengths of the Crédit Agricole Group.

An integrated and modular offer for demanding customers
Indosuez Fund Solutions offers a "one-stop-shop" solution that covers the entire value chain in the creation, domiciliation, administration and supervision of investment funds. The offer is designed to meet the needs of private clients with large assets, family offices and institutional investors, with services provided directly or through the specialized entities of the Crédit Agricole Group.
The platform supports a wide range of funds, both collective and dedicated, invested in all asset classes, including public and private markets. Thanks to the strategic partnership with CACEIS, the subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group dedicated to financial services for institutional investors, Indosuez Fund Solutions can offer custody and fund administration services with high standards of reliability and efficiency.

With a team composed of over 130 industry experts and 60 billion euros under management (data updated to June 2025), Indosuez Fund Solutions positions itself as a central player in the European fund landscape. It is a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management Europe, one of the leading private banks in Luxembourg, recognized for its solidity and competence.
