Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management (ISWM) has partnered with Universal Investment (UI) Group to serve as the management company (ManCo) for its UCITS SICAV portfolio in Luxembourg. This collaboration aims to enhance the wealth management division’s services and further its commitment to sustainable value creation.

As part of this strategic move, Universal Investments has been appointed as the central administrator for the portfolio, while Spuerkeess, the Luxembourg savings bank, will serve as the custodian. This partnership represents a key step in Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management’s growth and its efforts to expand its presence in Southern Europe and beyond. The portfolio has been successfully migrated to the Universal Investment platform, ensuring a seamless integration process.
