La Financière de l'Échiquier (LFDE) has announced today the launch of LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF, an ELTIF 2.0 vehicle developed in alliance with Titanbay that opens private markets to professional and non-professional investors throughout Europe from 1,000 euros.
The fund will invest exclusively in LBPAM Private Opportunities, a French ELTIF that has already raised 336 million euros and has invested in 12 underlying funds. For Anne-Sophie Girault, Head of International Development at LFDE, the initiative seeks to expand access to these opportunities to a larger number of investors.
The vehicle, launched by LBP AM European Private Markets (LBP AM EPM) and distributed in Europe by LFDE, a subsidiary of LBP AM, has an indefinite duration and a European passport. Its strategy allocates capital to established managers specialized in direct loans to companies, private equity and infrastructure (capital and debt) throughout Europe.
The product is integrated into the Luxembourg SICAV of Titanbay, Titanbay Global Private Markets Strategies, with a senior-subordinate structure: LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF acts as a subordinate fund of LBPAM Private Opportunities, domiciled in France.
| Vehicle | LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF (ELTIF 2.0, indefinite duration) |

| Minimum Investment | 1,000 euros |
| Investors | Professional and retail |
With this vehicle, LBP AM EPM extends its strategy beyond French distribution networks.
Following the success of LBP AM Private Opportunities in France, we are entering a new stage by launching a vehicle marketed outside the French networks in alliance with Titanbay, which will allow us to make our experience in portfolio structuring and multi-asset strategy design available to European investors.
Irène d'Orgeval, Head of Capital Solutions, LBP AM European Private Markets
As part of the alliance, Titanbay will act as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and will provide an ELTIF vehicle domiciled in Luxembourg, which gives LBP AM EPM a management framework in accordance with European jurisdictions.
Its technology automates processes that are still done manually, such as registrations, KYC and AML controls, subscriptions and investor reports. Its TradeEngine solution is, according to the firm, the first trading infrastructure specifically designed for unlisted asset funds.
This collaboration demonstrates that the regulatory, operational and technological complexity inherent in distributing funds in several European countries can be overcome thanks to adapted infrastructure. LBP AM EPM has extensive experience in investing in European unlisted asset markets and our role is to ensure that they can focus precisely on that, while we take care of the rest.
Richard Kiddle, Managing Director of the GP Solutions division, Titanbay
The launch responds to the strong demand for solutions that simplify access to unlisted assets without giving up the diversification of a multi-asset approach. A trend confirmed by professionals themselves: 21% of European selectors already recommend ELTIF funds or invest in them, compared to 13% the previous year.
Private markets are already an indispensable component of a long-term portfolio and this initiative aims to expand access to these opportunities for a greater number of investors. We are convinced that this approach will allow investors to benefit from diversification in terms of strategies, geographical regions and vintages, while maintaining access to top-tier managers at all times.
