Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) hires Émilie Serrurier-Hoël as CEO

Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) has announced today the appointment of Émilie Serrurier-Hoël as CEO, effective from June 16, 2025. From Luxembourg, she will lead the wealth management activity of the Mirabaud Group in Europe.
Under the direct leadership of Nicolas Mirabaud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) and managing partner of Mirabaud SCA, the holding company of the Group, Émilie Serrurier-Hoël will assume the operational management of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe), the European wealth management platform of the Mirabaud Group established in Luxembourg and with offices in Spain, France and the United Kingdom. Her mission will be to drive the development of activities in Europe and strengthen their efficiency and competitiveness.
Founded in 2014, Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) is headquartered in Luxembourg and offers its clients a highly personalized service, innovative offerings, a solid platform and a deep knowledge of the local markets where it operates.
Professional Career
Émilie Serrurier-Hoël has nearly 20 years of experience as a manager and specialist in wealth management in Luxembourg. Since 2018 she is a member of the Executive Committee and since January 2024 she is director of the CEO's office at BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg). Other executive positions she has also held at BIL and in which she has led teams of up to 200 people are: Director of Wealth Management, Director of Strategy, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Communication and Director of Process Management and Organization, among others.
Émilie Serrurier-Hoël holds a Master's degree in Management from the EM Lyon Business School.
