Robeco strengthens its multi-asset proposal

Robeco improves and renames its multi-asset proposal focused on sustainability and flexibility. The multi-asset funds have been renamed to better reflect a more sustainability-focused approach, providing transparency for retail fund clients.
From now on, the funds will be called:
- Multi-Asset Income becomes Sustainable Income Allocation
- Multi-Asset Sustainable becomes Sustainable Diversified Allocation
- Multi-Asset Growth becomes Sustainable Dynamic Allocation
At the same time, the funds have gained in flexibility while still leveraging Robeco's best strategies. The three funds have been grouped within Capital Growth Funds, which facilitates access to the multi-asset offering for those who have already invested in Robeco's equity and fixed income strategies.
The investment approach has moved from a "fund of funds" model to a "line by line" structure, enabling more efficient risk management and the implementation of tactical operations, in line with industry trends. In particular, it allows for more efficient active risk management in terms of regional biases, factor exposures, and liquidity, while reducing the need for extensive filler portfolios.
Even after applying these improvements, the investment process remains consistent with its track record of over five years. The funds continue to benchmark against the same peer group, allowing them to take advantage of their track record.
All of Robeco's multi-asset funds have shown solid long-term performance and have received the Gold rating from Morningstar's Medalist Rating™, as of March 31, 2024.
We have made these strategic changes to offer investors the best combination of Robeco's quantitative, thematic and fundamental investment strategies. The focus on sustainability has been intensified, seeking the optimal balance between risk, return and sustainability.
