Schroders announced today the global launch of a new multi-asset income fund, Schroder ISF Dynamic Income, available exclusively for six months for HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth clients in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The fund has been designed in response to the new era of inflation and high interest rates, in which HSBC and Schroders recognize that the success of investment to generate income will require a well-diversified and highly flexible approach compared to the previous decade.

Schroder ISF Dynamic Income Strategy

The new fund is designed to provide an attractive and resilient income stream by investing in a diversified portfolio of assets from around the world, which includes equities, fixed income, and alternative investments such as convertible bonds, securitized debt, insurance-linked securities, and emerging market debt. It also aims to provide capital growth through controlled thematic opportunities and regular income components to weather market volatility.

Combining the best of Schroders' investment capabilities, Schroder ISF Dynamic Income is actively managed by Remi Olu-Pitan, Head of Multi-Asset Growth and Income at Schroders, and Dorian Carrell, Head of Multi-Asset Investment at Schroders, to capture quality global income opportunities. The fund will also incorporate environmental and/or social features, in the sense of Article 8 of the SFDR.

Schroder ISF Dynamic Income aligns with the vision of the Chief Investment Officer of HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth and its focus on quality assets with resilient benefits to offer investors an investment entry point and diversification benefits at current market levels.
