WisdomTree announced today the launch of the WisdomTree Tech Megatrends UCITS ETF (TMGT), a vehicle that offers diversified exposure to eight technological themes and replicates, before commissions and expenses, the WisdomTree Tech Megatrends Equity UCITS Index.
The strategy aims to capture the long-term growth potential of disruptive technology companies globally and benefit from the structural changes shaping the future. The underlying index groups global listed companies with exposure to the "Technological Changes" megatrend, which covers eight themes, including Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and quantum computing.
The ETF applies a TER of 0.50% and has begun trading on Börse Xetra, Borsa Italiana, Euronext Paris, and SIX; its debut on the London Stock Exchange is scheduled for March 26, 2026.
The launch is supported by WisdomTree's consolidated range of thematic UCITS ETFs and the framework developed for the WisdomTree Global Megatrends Equity strategy, which has outperformed the Nasdaq 100 by 11.05% since its launch. Since 2018, the firm has expanded its offering to 15 thematic UCITS ETFs, managing more than $9 billion globally, refining its approach to build diversified strategies, both mono-thematic and multi-thematic.
The TMGT employs the same disciplined framework that underpins the WisdomTree Megatrends UCITS ETF, focusing on technology-driven themes and three complementary sources of potential alpha:
Technological innovation does not occur in isolation. AI depends on cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity underpins digital expansion, and advanced semiconductors enable both. A multi-thematic approach captures these interdependencies, providing investors with diversified exposure to multiple long-term growth drivers within a broader technological ecosystem.

We focus on developing differentiated ETFs that solve the real challenges of portfolios. Investors want efficient access to transformative technologies, but also recognize that it can be difficult to identify individual winners in rapidly evolving themes, which is why discipline and diversification are important. This multi-thematic ETF brings together these elements in a unique and transparent strategy designed to add long-term value.
