EFG Luxembourg has announced the appointment of Pascal Julliard as its new Head of Private Banking and Deputy CEO, marking the beginning of a new professional chapter for the seasoned banking executive. Julliard steps into the role after spending 17 years with HSBC, where he held various leadership positions.
In his announcement, Julliard emphasized his enthusiasm for joining EFG and collaborating with teams not only in Luxembourg but also in the institution’s branches in Greece and Portugal. He highlighted EFG’s strong culture, which he described as rooted in service excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a client-centric business model focused on tailored solutions.
Julliard also noted the strategic significance of Luxembourg’s position within Europe and the dynamism of its financial sector, viewing it as an ideal environment for EFG’s continued growth.
Expressing appreciation for his former HSBC colleagues, he extended thanks for their support over nearly two decades.
