RankiaPro had the pleasure of interviewing Andrea Di Camillo, Founder and Managing Partner of P101, to delve into one of the central themes of the current financial landscape: Venture Capital.
During the interview, Di Camillo provided an overview of the role that Venture Capital plays today in the investment sector in Italy, comparing the national situation with that of other European countries. The focus then shifted to the opportunities offered to institutional investors, the characteristics that a startup must have to attract the interest of P101, and the adaptation of investment strategies in an uncertain macroeconomic context.
Space was also given to topics of increasing relevance such as the integration of ESG criteria in Venture Capital, the management of struggling startups, the most promising vertical sectors for the next investment cycle and market prospects for 2025.
Finally, Di Camillo shared some details about the important milestone reached by P101 with the final closing of the “Program 103” fund, which raised 250 million euros, and anticipated news about future vehicles in preparation.
