Edmond de Rothschild names Alice de La Rochefoucauld Global Head of Philanthropy and Engagement for private clients

Edmond de Rothschild is reinforcing the philanthropy advice it offers private banking clients and has today announced the appointment of Alice de La Rochefoucauld as Global Head of Philanthropy and Engagement. Based in Geneva, she will report to Yvan Vaillant, Group Head of Wealth Planning, as the philanthropy and engagement activity continues to grow, with new recruitment processes currently underway.
A mandate to expand the group's philanthropy offer
In her new role, De La Rochefoucauld will be responsible for developing and leading the philanthropy and engagement offer for private banking clients. The activity sits within the group's wealth planning team.
The appointment adds to a series of senior moves across the group this year, including the appointment of a new Global CIO and co-head of equities at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.

A team expanding across Europe and the Middle East
The philanthropy and engagement team at Edmond de Rothschild already includes Clara Caron-Brockmeier, who joined in 2025 and covers France, Belgium and Luxembourg from France.
A third professional will join the team shortly, with responsibility for Italy and the Middle East.
From public institutions to private banking philanthropy
De La Rochefoucauld joined Edmond de Rothschild in 2022 and has played a key role in developing the group's philanthropy offer, particularly its international expansion in Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
She brings nearly 15 years of experience in public institutions and multilateral organisations across several European countries. She previously worked for the French Ministry of Defence, the European Union and the United Nations, before going on to head a Swiss foundation. She holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics (LSE).
