AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. has appointed Onur Erzan as President, effective immediately. The decision marks a key step in the group's transformation journey, strengthening leadership and focus on innovation to meet the evolving needs of global customers.

The responsibilities of the new President
In his new role, Erzan will work closely with CEO Seth Bernstein in overseeing strategic priorities and developing new value-added solutions and services.
He will continue to lead the Private Wealth Management activities, the global distribution of asset management and the Global Private Alternatives strategies, also assuming responsibility for the Strategy and Corporate Development functions.
Profile and contributions of Onur Erzan
With extensive experience in asset management, Erzan has played a central role in defining AllianceBernstein's global distribution strategy and expanding into new business areas, including the launch of active ETFs, the development of solutions for the insurance sector and the strengthening of retirement income offerings. In private wealth, he has promoted a highly personalized approach, expanding the network of advisors and consolidating strategic partnerships with international financial institutions.
