Ambra Capital has announced the appointment of Vincent Lachêne as its new Director of Development, marking a strategic reinforcement of its leadership team following the recent merger of Anaxago Capital and CapHorn Invest under a single brand.
Lachêne brings extensive experience from M Capital and Trail, where he specialized in structuring strategic partnerships and developing alternative investment solutions. His arrival supports Ambra Capital’s ambition to strengthen its position as a reference player in private markets focused on the sustainable transformation of the economy.
In his new role, Lachêne will be responsible for expanding the firm’s network of strategic partners, developing new high value-added investment products, and supporting the company’s international growth plans.
Joining Ambra Capital means contributing to a long-term project committed to transforming economic models. I am excited to bring this dynamic to our partners and investors.
Vincent Lachêne, Director of Development
The appointment comes as Ambra Capital consolidates its activities across four dedicated strategies — real estate private debt, real estate development capital, private equity and venture capital — with more than €750 million in assets under management.
