She comes from Mirova (Natixis), an impact manager she co-founded in 2012, where she was Deputy CEO and contributed to structuring and developing its investment platform up to 25 billion euros in assets.
Between 2021 and 2025 she led the private equity and natural capital areas at Mirova, overseeing growth capital strategies, agroecological infrastructures and climate financing. Previously, she held strategy and corporate development roles at Natixis Group and A.T. Kearney. She holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Europe, completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and is certified as a non-executive director by the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA).
Edmond de Rothschild manages more than 24 billion euros in private market strategies, relying on a long track record in real economy and the conviction of the potential of this asset class as a driver of transformation and performance for its clients' portfolios.
The appointment of Anne-Laurence is a crucial milestone for the development of our private markets division. Her mission is to create a transformative vision for these markets at Edmond de Rothschild, which not only optimizes our current framework, but also propels us towards future growth.
