IRIVEST Investment Managers today, November 2, 2026, announces two appointments that strengthen the sales team and governance of the management company as it expands across Europe.
Julien Galichet joins the sales team, based in Paris, while Camille Basly has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Conducting Officer. The Luxembourg-based company manages approximately €1.3 billion in assets (as of August 31, 2026).
Galichet’s main responsibility will be to accelerate the commercial development of Dynasty SICAV’s convertible bond and credit strategies in Europe, while also contributing to the growth of Chahine Funds’ equity strategies, the two ranges offered by IRIVEST IM.
Galichet brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management and business development in Europe, having previously held positions at Finalpha Capital and Ruffer LLP. Throughout his career, he has worked with institutional investors, private banks and financial intermediaries.
Basly joined IRIVEST IM as Head of Middle Office & Projects, a role she had held at Dynasty Asset Management since 2018. Her appointment as Conducting Officer is subject to non-objection by the CSSF, Luxembourg’s supervisory authority.
According to CEO Charles Lacroix, the two appointments mark a new phase for the company, which is focused both on its commercial ambitions and on developing internal talent.
These two appointments mark a new milestone in the development of IRIVEST Investment Managers. Julien brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management and in-depth knowledge of European markets, further strengthening our commercial ambitions, particularly in our expertise in convertible bonds and credit. Camille’s appointment as COO and Conducting Officer comes as we continue to grow and consolidate our organizational structure. Her career at IRIVEST IM also reflects our commitment to developing internal talent and providing opportunities for professional growth.
