Ofi Invest AM appoints Christophe Herpet as new Chief Investment Officer

Ofi Invest Asset Management announces the appointment of Christophe Herpet as the new Chief Investment Officer (CIO). He succeeds Éric Bertrand, who was appointed CEO of Ofi Invest AM last March.
As CIO of Ofi Invest Asset Management, Herpet will be responsible for overseeing all of the company's investment advisory activities and contributing to the implementation of the investment strategy in service of institutional clients, insurance companies, and private investors.

The profile and career of Christophe Herpet
Christophe Herpet, 57 years old, brings over 25 years of experience in wealth management and financial markets. He has proven expertise in active management, alternative strategies, total return strategies, and investment solutions for institutional clients, particularly insurance companies and pension funds, as well as solid experience in adapting solutions to distribution needs.
Since 2025, he has held the position of Head of Investment Solutions & Shareholder Allocation at AXA France, within the Investment Department. Previously, between 2019 and 2024, he was Global Head of Fixed Income at AXA Investment Managers, leading teams in Europe, Asia, and the United States and overseeing assets of over 330 billion euros. He joined AXA Investment Managers in 2004 in the Structured Finance & Alternatives division, and then took on, from 2011 to 2019, the responsibility of Fixed Income for several European markets.
He started his career in investment banking, specifically at BNP Paribas and Calyon, dealing with trading and market making activities in the rates, credit and derivatives markets. He graduated from the PSB Paris School of Business, holds a certification in artificial intelligence from the École Polytechnique Executive Education and is a lecturer in the Master 222 - Asset Management program at the University of Paris-Dauphine.
