Ranmore Fund Management has launched a new distribution share class for its flagship Ranmore Global Equity Fund, targeting institutional investors seeking regular income from global equities.
The new GBP distribution share class is designed to meet growing demand from discretionary managers and institutional clients for income-generating equity investments. Unlike accumulation share classes, this version pays out underlying dividends bi-annually, rather than reinvesting them.
The share class will be registered under HMRC’s Reporting Funds regime, enabling clear and tax-efficient income reporting for UK investors.
A £10 million minimum investment applies to institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investors. However, to improve access, the share class will also be available through investment platforms at a reduced entry point. Sean Peche, Portfolio Manager at Ranmore, said:
The introduction of a GBP distribution share class is a natural step for the Ranmore Global Equity Fund. Many investors today want both capital growth and a steady income stream. This offering allows us to better meet those needs without compromising on our investment philosophy.
