WisdomTree Strengthens European Team with Key Leadership Promotions

WisdomTree has announced the promotion of two senior executives to newly created leadership roles in Europe. These appointments aim to enhance the company’s distribution and research capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to client engagement and regional growth.
Adrià Beso Named Head of Distribution, Europe
Adrià Beso has been promoted to Head of Distribution, Europe, where he will oversee Sales and Marketing to create a more unified and efficient approach to market expansion. His leadership is expected to drive stronger client engagement and impactful go-to-market strategies by ensuring seamless coordination of resources across Europe.
With over 10 years at WisdomTree, Beso has played a crucial role in developing the company’s retail channel, managing key clients across Europe, and strengthening its marketing efforts. His deep understanding of the ETF industry and distribution opportunities aligns well with WisdomTree’s vision. Beso will continue to report to Alexis Marinof, Executive VP and Head of Europe.
Pierre Debru Appointed Head of Research, Europe
Pierre Debru steps into the role of Head of Research, Europe, where he will lead WisdomTree’s European Research initiatives. His focus will be on delivering high-quality, data-driven market insights to support sales and marketing teams, ensuring clients have access to timely and relevant investment strategies.
Since joining WisdomTree in 2019, Debru has been instrumental in growing the UCITS ETF platform to over $6bn in AUM. He has also driven research efforts across multiple asset classes and contributed to the expansion of WisdomTree’s model portfolio capabilities. In his new role, Debru will report to both Alexis Marinof and Chris Gannatti, Global Head of Research.
WisdomTree currently manages $115bn globally across a broad range of ETFs and ETPs, spanning equities, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
