Meet this year’s nominees in the Sales Manager category:
Cristian Andreoli is the contact person for the Business Development of Lemanik Invest SA in Switzerland. Lemanik Invest, an Investment Boutique that provides its clients base with niche and unique investment strategies, is the Investment Manager of Lemanik SICAV (1.5 billion euro AuM).
Alongside direct business development in close contact with institutional investors (Banks, independent Wealth Managers, Family and Multi-Family offices) Cristian coordinates an international network of Third-Party Marketers by providing them technical assistance on products.
Before covering this role at Lemanik since November 2019, Cristian developed professional experience on Italian market by Prometeia, where he supported Banks and Wealth Managers in Product Selection and Product Governance.
Fluent in Italian, English and German with a start in Spanish, Cristian holds a master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor degree in Economics from the “Università della Svizzera Italiana” (Swiss Finance Institute) of Lugano.
Jonathan is one of the Sales Directors at Amati, covering London, the South West of England and Wales. He spent 12 years with JO Hambro Capital Management as Sales Director, covering the South West, Midlands and Ireland – and prior to that held roles at Old Mutual and UBS, developing relationships with discretionary and advisory accounts.
Jonathan holds the CISI Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM), IMC and a degree in Economics.
She was born in Madrid, the youngest of three siblings, and went to Saint Chaumond school. She has Asturian roots from her father and come from Albacete on her mother’s side.
She studied at ICADE 4, spending two years in France and two in Madrid. She began her career with internships at Commerzbank in Paris and Credit Suisse in Madrid. Later, she worked at Beta Capital and Cheuvreux, where she met Nicolas Walewski.
Since 2007, she has been Head of Sales at Alken, leading a team of five people.
Having three children has completely changed her life — she lives in Madrid, travel often for work, and try to balance both worlds. She's curious, cheerful, and still get excited about the things that truly make her happy. In her personal life, she's been lucky to meet amazing people who have all brought good things into her life.
She's passionate about the financial world and loves sharing her views and portfolio positioning with clients. She values good manners, honesty, close friendships, kind people, and positive energy.
Romain Lippe has over 14 years of experience in the financial markets. At IVO Capital Partners, he is now responsible for business development.
His career in finance began in investment banking, within the sales and structuring teams at JP Morgan in London. It was a natural continuation of his quantitative research studies at Paris-Dauphine University, where he developed a dual skill set that still shapes my approach today: the analytical rigor of research and the pedagogy required to make complex topics accessible.
Maroussia Guillemot brings nearly 25 years of experience in sales and financial markets. She joined Anaxis at its inception and is a partner, overseeing institutional clients in French-speaking Switzerland. After completing her studies in Switzerland and at Paris-Dauphine University in France, she established herself in Geneva, where she further honed her sales expertise through her early professional experiences. Over time, her perspective has evolved from a purely technical focus on performance to a more holistic approach. Today, she values risk management, sustainability, and long-term impact as much as returns.
Vincent Valles, 42 years, joined Muzinich & Co in march 2024 to lead the wholesales team for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco from Candriam where he was Director for Distribution France. He started his career in CM-CIC AM where he was Responsible for external distribution. He has held positions as Head of Wholesale for Group Exane, La Financière de l’Echiquier and Degroof Petercam Asset Management most recently where he was Responsible for Distribution in France and a member of the ESG Committee.
Vincent holds a Master’s degree in engineering from ESIEA and a master's degree in strategy and finance from ESSEC.
Petter von Bonsdorff is Head of International Business Development at Evli, a Finnish independent investment services company with a long-standing presence in Nordic and European asset management. In his role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, fund selectors, and professional clients across international markets.
Petter works closely with Evli’s portfolio management teams to represent the firm’s fixed income and alternative investment capabilities, with a particular focus on communicating investment philosophy, risk management, and long-term performance to professional audiences. He is a frequent participant and speaker at international investment conferences and professional events across Europe.
Evli Plc provides asset management, mutual funds, and capital markets services, and is recognized for its strong expertise in fixed income investing and active portfolio management.
Jaime Mesia joined Alken as Sales Director and Product Specialist in 2011. He is responsible for client relationship management and sales within Spain, Italy, Portugal, Scandinavia, Israel and Americas. He began his career in 1996 as an account manager at Merrill Lynch Private Banking in Madrid. Later, he joined the International Equity Sales Desk at (formerly BBV before merging with Argentaria) BBVA in 1998.
From here, Jaime was offered the same position at Cheuvreux Spain to cover UK and Nordic accounts for the French brokerage firm. He was appointed best Iberian Equity Sales specialist for Nordic accounts by Thomson Extel Survey in 2004. He then joined Gartmore where he worked as Sales Director for Southern European accounts from June 2005 until February 2011, where he joined Alken. Jaime holds an MBA Degree in Finance and Marketing by the University of Miami in Florida. He has 30 years of industry experience.
Andrea Bertocchini has over twenty years of experience in asset management and brings to investors a solid knowledge of real and listed assets, as well as an acute understanding of cross-cultural relations. He began his career with Carmignac in Luxembourg in 2003, before joining Chahine Capital in 2006 as Institutional Sales Manager. In 2010, he joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management as Business Development Manager - Benelux, Switzerland and UK, acquiring a real estate expertise, a necessary asset for supporting institutional investors’ allocation strategies. Andrea then embarked on a nine-year career with La Francaise, during which he developed the group's business first in Benelux, then in the Nordics and finally in Italy. Before rejoining La Française in 2023, Andrea spent two years with TOBAM as Managing Director, Head of Sales EAFE. Andrea was appointed Branch Manager in 2024.
