Allfunds actively deploy capital for select organic and inorganic investments and evaluate other ways to disgorge cash flow to shareholders, including growing their dividends.
As a result, in line with their commitment to returning excess capital to shareholders as part of their capital allocation framework communicated at the time of their IPO, Allfunds announces a share buy-back program of up to €100 million.
This buy-back program will be executed on Euronext Amsterdam in two tranches and is set to last for up to 15 months. The first tranche, consisting of up to €50 million and up to 12.5 million shares, will commence on July 31st. The funding for this buy-back will be sourced from the excess capital at Allfunds.
The share buy-back demonstrates Allfunds' strong and recurrent organic cash flow generation capacity, with significant cash flow achieved in 1H 2023. It also reflects their strong conviction in the company and its future.
Allfunds reaffirms their disciplined approach to capital allocation, which includes ordinary dividends with a payout ratio of 20-40%, strategic M&A activities such as the acquisitions of MainStreet Partners and Iccrea Banca LPA in 2023, and additional distributions to shareholders based on the availability of excess capital.
For full details on the share buy-back announcement, a separate press release is available on the IR section of Allfunds' website at: https://allfunds.com/en/investors/share/#dividend.
