La Française is moving closer to its Belgian clients. Its cross-asset distribution platform, La Française Finance Services (LFFS), today announced the opening of a regulated branch in Brussels, at Boulevard du Roi Albert II 2. The office, the group's fourth regulated branch in Europe, will be led by Gianni Pauwels as Branch Manager.
La Française has been active in Belgium for several years through a dedicated team, but the new branch marks an important step. The aim is to strengthen its local presence while ensuring service continuity and closer support for Belgian clients and partners.
As part of its international development strategy, the group is opening regulated offices in its key European markets, combining its investment capabilities with local presence and market knowledge. Brussels follows Luxembourg, Italy and Spain.
The Belgian branch is authorised to distribute both listed and unlisted investment solutions in the country.
Gianni Pauwels, Sales Director, has been appointed Branch Manager of LFFS in Belgium. He joined La Française in 2020 as International Sales Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, and will be supported by Elodie Heintz, Senior Sales Manager – Belgium.
For Andrea Bertocchini, Head of Benelux and Nordics at LFFS, the move reflects the quality of the Belgian investor base and the group's long-term ambitions in the country.
Belgium represents a strategic market for La Française, with a sophisticated and diversified investor base. Establishing a regulated presence in Brussels reflects our objective of building long-term relationships with clients, while leveraging La Française's broad investment expertise across Europe.
