Cap10, the London-based private equity firm backed by Carmignac, has bolstered its team with the appointment of Luca Bonanomi as a new partner.
Bonanomi brings over a decade of experience from private markets giant Blackstone, where he served as a managing director in the private equity group.
In his new role, Bonanomi will spearhead efforts to identify unique investment prospects and drive Cap10's growth in the mid-market segment. He will work closely with existing partners, including Fabrice Nottin, a founding partner, and Mandar Kulkarni, the chief financial and chief operating officer.
With his extensive investing background, Bonanomi will focus on primary transactions across various sectors such as industrial niches, healthcare, life sciences, and business services.
Nottin expressed confidence in Bonanomi's leadership abilities, highlighting the importance of having the right talent in the team for success. Bonanomi echoed this sentiment, emphasizing his commitment to leveraging Cap10's thematic sector approach to capitalize on primary opportunities and address key segments of the European buyout market.
The addition of Bonanomi to Cap10's leadership team reflects the firm's strategic vision and commitment to pursuing growth opportunities in the private equity space.
