Côme Maison Financière announces the appointment of Pascal Rapallino as Associé, strengthening the firm’s expertise in cross-border structuring, private investments, and family office advisory.
Born in France and trained as a lawyer, Pascal Rapallino moved to Luxembourg in 2005 after gaining international experience in Toronto, New York, and Paris. He brings over 20 years of experience spanning M&A, Private Equity, and Family Office advisory, with a strong focus on advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) on complex cross-border tax, legal, and regulatory matters related to private and business investments.
Prior to joining Côme Maison Financière, Pascal held several senior leadership roles. He was Group Investment Structuring Leader and Tax Partner at IQ-EQ, Head of Private Wealth and Family Office at Deloitte, and Managing Partner of Lagonda Advisory in Luxembourg. He also serves as Chairman of the Luxembourg Association of Family Office, reflecting his strong involvement in the European family office ecosystem.
