Golding Capital Partners has announced the appointment of Dominic Nys as Head of International Sales starting from January 2026. With this appointment, the company strengthens its commercial organization outside of Germany and Austria, laying the foundations for international growth and for the targeted development of relationships with institutional clients.
Nys will lead the international sales team and the central coordination of all sales activities in foreign markets compared to Germany and Austria. The concentration of commercial responsibilities on an international perimeter aims to make market control more efficient, to support further growth beyond the border and to strengthen dialogue with institutional investors.

Of Belgian nationality, Dominic Nys boasts over 25 years of experience in capital markets. He has held senior roles in direct contact with clients and commercial leadership positions at banks and asset managers in continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
Before joining Golding, he held international roles in sales and business development at ODDO BHF Asset Management, in addition to previous experiences at Ethenea and Mainfirst. He started his career in London, in investment banking, and holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics (University of Antwerp) and a Master of Science in International Banking and Securities (Henley Business School, Reading).
