These appointments reinforce our commitment to innovation and customer service. Matteo and Marie-Anne make a decisive contribution thanks to their experience and recognized leadership that will help us continue to offer cutting-edge solutions and consolidate partnerships throughout our global business.

In his new role, Andreetto will lead collaborative initiatives to expand State Street IM's presence through innovative distribution partnerships, global NextGen digital wealth projects and the development of the ETF-as-a-Service offering.
Launched in 2024, the ETF-as-a-Service offering allows wealth and asset management companies to create ETFs quickly without the need to build a complete infrastructure. Andreetto comes to the new role after contributing to the development of this initiative, having formed partnerships with digital wealth managers and brokers and having led the European business dedicated to State Street IM's Intermediary clientele.
The sector is experiencing a crucial moment, with innovation accelerating thanks to artificial intelligence and demographic changes. My goal is to position State Street IM as a protagonist in this evolution, continuing to be a reliable partner for our customers and for the investors who accompany them.
Matteo Andreetto, Global Head of Nextgen Business Development and Digital Wealth (EVP)
Heeren has been appointed Head of Client Coverage Group (CCG) Europe with the responsibility of overseeing all customer-facing teams on the continent. From her base in Brussels, her focus will be to continue providing excellent service to institutional and intermediary clients, promoting collaboration and responding to the constantly evolving needs of customers.
In her five years leading State Street IM's European institutional business, Heeren has gained significant experience during a period of strong growth, driven by structural trends such as pension fund consolidation, the expansion of intermediaries, and the persistent demand for sustainable investment solutions in Europe.
Our clients are facing a complex landscape that presents opportunities and risks. As one of the world's largest asset managers with extensive institutional experience and deep expertise, State Street IM is uniquely positioned to help them meet the challenges and seize the opportunities for long-term success.
Marie-Anne Heeren, Head of Client Coverage Group (CCG) Europe (EVP)
