Vanguard strengthens its presence in France with new leadership

Vanguard is accelerating its growth in France with the appointment of Houda Ennebati as Head of Vanguard France. Ennebati brings over 17 years of experience in the financial markets, with a particular focus on ETFs and equity trading.
She spent 13 years at DWS Group, leading Xtrackers ETF sales across France and the MENA region, where she played a key role in expanding the firm’s ETF offerings. Prior to that, she worked as an Equity Sales Trader at Deutsche Bank for over two years and began her career in ETF and program trading at Société Générale, gaining extensive experience in both equity markets and structured investment products.
The world’s second-largest asset manager, overseeing $12 trillion in assets, aims to expand its footprint in the French market.
With this leadership change, Vanguard signals a stronger commitment to the French investment landscape, particularly in the growing ETF sector.
