You really like rankings, don't you? BlackRock remained the largest asset manager in the world, with a total of assets exceeding 11.5 trillion dollars compared to 10 trillion in 2023. Robeco announced the appointment of Anton Eser as the new Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and member of the company's Executive Committee, effective from September 1, 2025. The word 'recession' seemed to be one of the top words in 2025 in economy, as Europe ended 2024 at a crossroads. Despite forecasts of moderate growth for the eurozone, significant concerns persisted: the weakness of key economies such as Germany and France, coupled with geopolitical challenges and tensions with the United States. In addition, the decisions of the European Central Bank on interest rates and global trade tensions added complexity to the economic scenario.
