The sixth edition of the RankiaPro Europe Awards has officially begun. Over the coming weeks, we will spotlight the professionals making the greatest impact on today’s financial industry across four categories: Fund Selector of the Year, Fund Manager of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, and Advisor of the Year.

Meet this year’s nominees in the Advisor category:
Bryan Elbaz started his academic studies in Boston, where he double majored in Econometrics and Finance. To further enhance his expertise, Bryan completed an MBA in London in Finance, with a focus in Private Equity.
Bryan's professional journey began nearly a decade ago at Eurazeo (formerly Idinvest Partners), where he contributed to the launch of an innovative investment fund. This fund was focused on private debt strategies that capitalized on core assets to generate growth for companies without equity dilution.
Following this, Bryan Elbaz joined Flexam Invest, part of Kartesia Group, where he focused on deal origination, due diligence, and structuration.
Later, he joined Norman K, a global advisory firm with offices in Paris, London, Geneva, and the French Riviera. Norman k aims to create value by offering customized financing and investment solutions to international entrepreneurs, families, and institutional clients. At Norman K, Bryan was responsible for structuring the firm’s asset finance strategy. In 2025, Bryan founded Alpha advisory, an independent firm focusing on venture capital, fundraising from private and institutional investors, equity investment allocation on private equity funds, external growth projects and asset finance.
Sérgio Silva began his academic journey in Porto, where he earned a degree in Economics, followed by an Executive master’s in finance to deepen his expertise. With more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, he has developed a strong track record in designing tailored investment strategies and unit-linked life insurance solutions (PPLI) for high-net-worth individuals.
He started his banking career at Banco Best, where he spent over a decade advising clients and leading a team of financial advisors. Later, he joined a Portuguese advisory firm, taking on leadership roles in business development and client advisory.
In 2017, Sérgio co-founded Silcarv Consulting in London, an FCA-regulated firm specializing in cross-border wealth management. There, he focuses on helping private clients and families navigate complex financial situations with bespoke, client-centered solutions.
Yosr holds a Master’s degree in Asset Management from Université Paris Dauphine. During her academic and early professional career, she gained experience at the Banque de France as a credit analyst, followed by a position at Natixis Wealth Management within the ALM team. She then joined BNP Paribas Asset Management as an assistant portfolio manager, focusing on convertible bonds.
In 2022, she joined Natixis Investment Managers as an assistant multi-asset portfolio manager, supporting senior managers with asset allocation, fund selection, and portfolio monitoring over a period of 18 months.
Yosr joined Amadeis in March 2024, where she continues to develop her expertise in asset allocation and fund research, with a strong focus on ESG integration and responsible investment. She has also complemented her asset management background by earning the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, equipping her with advanced skills and expertise to excel in the field of sustainable finance.
Jean-François completed his academic studies in Belgium at HEC Liège, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and management followed by a master’s degree in banking and asset management. His professional journey began in Luxembourg, where he gained his first experience at Edmond de Rothschild, working in asset management and private banking for institutional clients.
He then joined KPMG Luxembourg in a team dedicated to fund analytics, focusing primarily on mutual funds. During this time, he strengthened his expertise in portfolio analysis, fund benchmarking, portfolio valuation, and OTC derivatives pricing.
Currently, he serves as an Investment Associate at HALTRA, a family-backed sustainable investment firm providing multi-asset solutions. His main responsibilities include asset allocation, portfolio construction, fund research and selection, due diligence, and macroeconomic analysis. In addition to liquid strategies, he has also developed a solid understanding of private markets, particularly in hedge funds, private debt, and real estate.
Graduate of Paris Dauphine University with a Master's degree in Management and a Master's in Financial Markets, Béatrice worked as a portfolio manager for individual securities at Worms, CIC Asset Management, and as head of thematic investing at La Française Investment Managers. She has developed comprehensive expertise in developed countries, emerging markets, and also commodities or alternative investments for institutional investors. This versatility allows her to select diversified investment solutions and create customized portfolios for high-net-worth individuals.
Emilie Fleury-Caduc is Chief Investment Officer at Justae, an independent multi-family office in Paris advising entrepreneurs and international families on bespoke wealth and investment strategies. She oversees multi-asset portfolios across liquid and private markets, with a strong focus on due diligence rigor, risk alignment, and long-term resilience. She previously held leadership roles in sustainable finance and multi-family office environments, including Partner at Arvella and Head of Sustainable Finance at Greenly. Earlier in her career, she gained international institutional investment experience in London at Morningstar Investment Management. Emilie holds a Master’s degree in Asset Management from Université Paris-Dauphine and is actively involved in promoting women in finance through 100 Women in Finance.
Baptiste Langle first started his career as a portfolio management assistant at Dubly Transatlantique Gestion, the asset management subsidiary of Banque Transatlantique. After a short move to London as a sales trader, he then returned to Dubly Transatlantique Gestion as a multi-asset portfolio manager, where he still works today, marking 10 years in May 2026.
Julie Lemoin is Head of Investments at Vigifinance. She supports all clients in defining their investment strategies, implements asset allocation, and oversees research and asset selection activities.
Before joining Vigifinance in 2014 as a fund analyst, Julie worked for three years as an analyst—first in multi-management at OFI Asset Management, then in credit markets at Rothschild & Co Asset Management.
She holds a dual degree in Finance from Léonard de Vinci School of Management and London South Bank University, as well as a Specialized Master’s in Financial Analysis from NEOMA Business School.
Aynard de Monts is the Managing Director of Hedon Family Office entity in Belgium. He joined the group in the summer of 2025, bringing a rich and diverse professional background.
He began his career in strategy and management consulting within the internal consulting division of BNP Paribas Group, completing assignments across Europe and Africa. He later joined a Belgian WealthTech company before transitioning to private banking at Degroof Petercam.
Aynard holds a master’s degree in business engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and is a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA).
